Thinking Fire Rated Timber Door is filled up with perlite as the core, sandwiched by a layer of high-density fire rated board and a layer of plywood facing on both side. The high quality fire rated materials can prevent the fire and smoke from spreading for a period of time and earn times for the escape.

SPECIFICATION

- 1 to 4 hour fire resistance rating
- Can be fitted with different shapes of vision panels
- Achieve a performance of integrity and insulation in accordance with BS 476Part22:1987 or BS EN 1634-1:2008
- Can add smoke seals to fulfil the smoke control requirement in accordance with BS EN 1634-3:2008
